PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an fuel economy display device and a working vehicle capable of appropriately urging an operator to do energy saving operation even if work environment and details of work change. SOLUTION: A monitor device 6 is a fuel display device indicating fuel economy of the working vehicle, and is provided with a fuel economy calculating part 63, a display part 61 and a target fuel economy change part 64. The fuel economy calculating part 63 calculates fuel economy of the working vehicle. The display part 61 indicates whether fuel economy calculated by the fuel economy calculating part 63 is target fuel economy or more.
