<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a stator which can put the centers of the magnetic poles of all magnetic pole parts in its circumferential direction at equal angular intervals, while facilitating fixation of the yoke of a ferromagnet which serves as a single magnet, having a plurality of magnetic parts. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for a stator 1, where n (where n is plural) circular magnets 3 having m (where m is plural) circular magnetic pole parts 3a and 3b are mutually fixed with a gap S1 in its circumferential direction along the inner perimetrical face of a cylindrical yoke 2 and which has the m×n magnetic pole parts in all, the magnetic pole parts 3a and 3b (magnet 3) are made by magnetizing the ferromagnet K from inside in its diametrical direction in its "magnetization process". Moreover, "the magnetization process" is set to arrange the magnetizing core 11 within yoke 2 and apply m magnetic fields, corresponding to each magnetic pole parts 3a and 3b, across an angular range (gap S3) larger than the angular range of the gap S1 in the circumferential direction of the fellow ferromagnets K to one ferromagnet K. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
