摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high definition of pixels by improving power supply wiring of an active matrix type display device. <P>SOLUTION: The display device has signal lines SL in columns, scanning lines WS in rows, pixels 2 arranged corresponding to where they cross each other, a first-class power supply wiring Vss supplying a driving current to the respective pixels 2, and a second-class power supply wiring Vss supplying a reference voltage needed for operations of the respective pixels 2.
