METHOD FOR PREVENTING SEPARATION FLOATING AND COAGULATION OF MILKFAT CONTENT IN VENDING MACHINE, AND VENDING MACHINE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of milkfat content of a milk-containing beverage stored in a vending machine while avoiding a complicated milk-containing beverage production for preventing separation of milkfat content.

SOLUTION: The method for preventing separation of milkfat content in an independently packaged milk-containing beverage stored within the vending machine comprises suppressing the average value of maximum peak intensity of vibration received by the milk-containing beverage or a package thereof at at least one frequency, preferably all frequencies within the range of 45 to 100 Hz, preferably 45-65 Hz, more preferably 45-55 Hz to 2.9×10-2(m/s2) or less, preferably 1.9×10-2(m/s2) or less, further preferably 0.95×10-2(m/s2) or less.
