PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device and a data processing method in the X-ray CT device, reconfiguring image data of a desired slice thickness in a less data processing amount and in a shorter time. SOLUTION: This X-ray CT device includes: a data collection means for exposing X-rays from an X-ray tube to a subject, and detecting X-rays transmitted through the subject in an X-ray detector having a plurality of X-ray detecting elements in the slice direction to collect X-ray detection data corresponding to the plurality of X-ray detecting elements (S20), respectively; a raw data generation means for generating raw data corresponding to the plurality of X-ray detecting elements, respectively from the X-ray detection data (S21); a unit image data generation means for generating a plurality of image data having a slice thickness equal to or smaller than the slice thickness of image data for outputting, which can be specified from the raw data, as a unit image data (S25); a data storage means for saving the unit image data (S26); and an output image data generation means for generating image data of a slice thickness specified from the unit image data (S26).
