In the control station 20, processing for accumulating data of the generation position Pg of the abnormal acceleration G to a database 30 is performed. The control station 20 gives an instruction to the vehicle 10 based on the data accumulated in the database 30. When the vehicle 10 is a manned vehicle, an alarm is given when the vehicle gets close to the generation position Pg of the abnormal acceleration G. When the vehicle 10 is an unmanned vehicle, a control instruction is given to the vehicle so as not to cause the abnormal acceleration G, when the vehicle gets close to the occurrence position Pg of the abnormal acceleration G.
