PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which electrostatic countermeasures can be easily taken on one surface side of a display panel. SOLUTION: The display device comprises a liquid crystal display panel 1 having an ITO film 18 disposed on the front face side, a front face side case (resin case) 2 having side parts 2a to 2d disposed to enclose the liquid crystal display panel 1, a rear face side case (metal case) 3 having side parts 3a to 3d disposed along the outer side faces of the side parts 2a to 2d of the front face side case 2, and a conductive member 31 electrically connected to the ITO film 18 of the liquid crystal display panel 1. An opening 2f to pull out a part of the conductive member 31 to the outside of the front face side case 2 is formed on the side part 2c of the front face side case 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
