PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can amply enhance the output torque under strong field state, by fastening an outer circumferential side rotor to a power transmission shaft using a fastening means, while ensuring sufficient flux directed toward the radial direction at strong field. SOLUTION: Inner circumferential side permanent magnets 9 provided to an inner circumferential side rotor 6 are magnetized substantially in the radial direction of the inner circumferential side rotor 6 and are arranged such that the permanent magnets, adjoining in the inner circumferential direction, have different magnetic poles. Outer circumferential side permanent magnets 53, provided to an outer circumferential side rotor 5, are magnetized substantially in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential side rotor 5 and are arranged such that the permanent magnets adjoining in the circumferential direction have the same magnetic poles. A fastening hole 51 for coupling the rotating shaft is arranged in between the outer circumferential side permanent magnets 53, 53 that adjoin in the circumferential direction out of the rotor core 8 of the outer circumferential side rotor 5.
