PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current circuit capable of supplying a continuously stable constant current. SOLUTION: The constant current circuit includes a current source for outputting a constant current; a first current mirror circuit comprising a diode-connected first transistor and a second transistor; and a second current mirror circuit connected by a diode-connected third transistor and a fourth transistor. The output electrode of the first transistor is connected to the output electrode of the third transistor and to the current source. The output electrode of the second transistor is connected to the output electrode of the fourth transistor and to a capacitor. The size ratio of the first to the second transistor is the same as the size ratio of the third to the fourth transistor. A first voltage is applied to the input side of the first current mirror circuit and a second voltage that changes from a voltage lower than the first voltage to a voltage higher than the first voltage is applied to the input side of the second current mirror circuit.
