PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for easily guiding a community formed on a network to various services on a network. SOLUTION: This relevant information providing system to a community includes: a step for setting a community tag to characterize a community; a step for detecting whether or not the community tag is set; a step for, when the community tag is set, using the community tag as a fixed tag to acquire information relevant to the community; a step for analyzing the home page of the community, and for extracting a variation tag as an auxiliary retrieval keyword to acquire the information relevant to the community differently from the community tag; a step for weighting at least either the fixed tag or the variation tag, and for determining a priority as the retrieval keyword to acquire the relevant information; and a step for adding the retrieved information relevant to the community to the home page of the community.
