PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletin board which is attached with a plate type notice object, such as a poster, makes the notice object hardly bulge forward in spite of blowing of a gust/strong wind between the notice object and a bulletin surface, prevents the occurrence of such a trouble as the eventual exit of the end of the notice object from a restraining section for retraining the end of the notice object even in case of bulging and allows the easy bulging thereof. SOLUTION: Left side and right side notice object insertion gaps 12 which are formed between plate type left side and right side gap forming sections 11a respectively provided near the left ends and right ends of the bulletin surface and the bulletin surface 6 and are inserted with the left and right ends of the notice object 17 are communicatively connected to an external space by such things as provision of a gap air vent hole 13 or (in addition thereto) a bulletin surface air vent hole 7 penetrating the front and rear of the bulletin surface 6 is provided.
