PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving corrosion resistance of a fin while ensuring heat exchanging performance. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger for exchanging heat between intake air pressurized by a supercharger 3 and cooling air is provided with an inner fin 44, which is brought into contact with the intake air pressurized by the supercharger 3 to promote heat exchange between the intake air pressurized by the supercharger 3 and the cooling air.
