PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key holder which enables a key to be surely sealed by a weak force. SOLUTION: This key holder comprises a partially-opened approximately-annular wire body 2, and a connecting fitting 3 for closing a section between two opened ends 12 and 20 of the wire body. One of the opened end of the wire body and one end of the connecting fitting can be oscillated within a predetermined angle range, and disconnectably connected together. After the key is held by the wire body, the other opened end is protruded into a connecting hole 10 which is provided at the other end of the connecting fitting, so that the opened ends can be disconnectably connected together.
