PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a noninflammable decorative board composed of glass cloth and an aluminum hydroxide filler, and a sheet material for a core material layer being the intermediate material of the noninflammable decorative board, which become useless in a manufacturing process or after use, are discarded by reclamation work and meanwhile since expensive materials for industrial use are used for synthesizing highly functional zeolite, as a logical consequence, the manufacturing cost of such the zeolite is increased and the decrease of the manufacturing cost is desired eagerly. SOLUTION: The noninflammable decorative board or the sheet material for the core material layer are crushed into particles each having≤0.2 mm particle size. The obtained particle is reacted with other raw materials constituting zeolite. The obtained reaction product is purified to manufacture highly functional zeolite at a low cost.
