PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit mechanism of passage in dialysis treatment and a temporary dialysate storage method in dialysis treatment by which the blood staying in a blood circuit and a dialyzer can be safely and efficiently returned into a patient's body after dialysis treatment such as elimination of waste products in dialyzed blood, elimination of water, adjustment of electrolytes, adjustment of pH, etc. SOLUTION: An artery side blood circuit tube, a vein side blood circuit tube, a dialyzate supply tube, and a dialyzate drain tube are attached to a dialyzer and a fluid replenishing circuit is provided in a state communicating with the artery side blood circuit tube. On the distal end of the fluid replenishing circuit, a fluid replenishing storage body configured so that the dialyzate in the artery side blood circuit tube is temporarily stored during a washing/priming process is installed. The dialyzate drain tube is configured so as to be capable of opening/closing the passage. Around the edge end parts of the artery side blood circuit tube and the vein side blood circuit tube, blood clamper to open/close the passages of both blood circuit tubes is installed. Around the connection part of the fluid replenishing circuit with the artery side blood circuit tube, a fluid replenishing clamper for opening/closing the passage of the fluid replenishing circuit is installed.
