<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement flier creation support device for carrying information intended by a maker on advertisement fliers, and for calculating an advertisement rate to be paid from a maker to a retail store. <P>SOLUTION: Merchandise information 410, merchandise image information 430, layout information 450 and advertisement rate information 470 are registered from a maker side terminal 201 in a merchandise information database 111 of a server 101 for advertisement production installed in a print company 100. A flier production means 115 installed in the server 101 for advertisement production retrieves the merchandise information database 111 in accordance with access by a retail store side terminal 301, and performs the layout production of advertisement filers about carried merchandise selected by a retail store side terminal 301.
