<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image operation history management system, a modality and a server device addingly recording the content of an operation in operation history information for every time of operating an image. <P>SOLUTION: When creating the image, the modality 1 creates the operation history information of the image and, when transmitting or erasing the image, recording it in an external recording medium, or erasing the patient information from the image, the modality and the server 2 add/overwrite information corresponding to each processing to/on the operation history information and store it associated with the image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
