PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which can reduce a load imposed on layout design when a switch is inserted between power lines to prevent a leakage current, and can alleviate an influence of a voltage drop occurring in the switch on a signal delay. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit has a plurality of circuit cells (12, 13, ...), a power line group (PL1), a power switch cell (23), and branch line groups (BL4-1, BL4-2). The power switch cell (23) includes first wiring (L231) connected to at least one of first branch lines (VSSB3) included in the branch line group, second wiring (L232) connected to at least one of power lines (VSS) included in the power line via a second branch line (VSSB4) included in the branch line group, and a switch circuit connected between the first wiring (L231) and the second wiring (L232) to be turned on/off according to an input control signal.
