<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID tag with a life time specialized in a disposable type by the way to invalidate charging prior to use, the way to start charging and the way to use the power supply which becomes useless after a certain time as the ID tag. <P>SOLUTION: Thermo generating material A and thermo generating material B are mounted in a power supply part of ID tag. They have a thermo generating material in way of structure on disposable warmer. They are housed in a separated place in use.
