<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make constant a distance from a plate member to an ink ejection face. <P>SOLUTION: For manufacturing a head unit 70, first, an inkjet head 1 is formed. Next, an adhesive layer 75' is formed in regions which are a top face of a frame 71 and regions opposed to both ends of a reservoir base plate 92. Then, the frame 71 is placed on a jig 125 to make the bottom face of the frame 71 and a top face 127a of the jig 125 contact each other while projections 128 of the jig 125 are inserted in positioning holes 73 of the frame 71. Thereafter, the inkjet head 1 is placed on the jig 125 so that the adhesive layer 75' and a bottom face of the reservoir base plate 92 contact each other while the projections 128 are inserted in positioning holes 92a of the reservoir base plate 92, and so that the ink ejection face 4a and a plane 126a are opposed to each other. Then, the adhesive layer 75 is hardened in a state while the ink ejection face 4a and the plane 126a are kept in contact with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
