PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder collection device which can efficiently collect waste toner in a waste toner collection section and eliminate dead space to reduce space, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: In the powder collection device which has a conveying screw 46 to convey powder from a carry-in opening, a powder conveyance area 50 where the conveying screw 46 is arranged, a gap 51 where the conveying screw 46 is not disposed, and a powder collection unit 49 to collect powder, the powder collection device, the process cartridge and the image forming apparatus are characterized in that an agitating screw 48 for agitating the powder is disposed between the conveyance area 50 and the gap 51 and differs in conveying direction from at least the conveying screw 46.
