PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water circulation heating system capable of fully employing characteristics of a heat pump. SOLUTION: The hot water circulation heating system circulates hot water to carry out heating in a building, and it is provided with a tank 40 storing hot water, the heat pump 10 heating the hot water in the tank 40, an indoor radiator radiating heat belonging to the hot water into indoor air, a toilet interior radiator, and a circulating pump 51 for indoor heating.
