PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a shift feeling after completing synchronization. SOLUTION: In a synchronizer key joint portion of a synchronizer sleeve 14, namely, in a position of joining the front end of a synchronizer key 16, two V-grooves 32 are formed extending all over the axial length. The V-grooves 32 each have a tapered face where a pair of faces are gradually wider from the base end toward the front end, and a flat face 34 which is shallower from a synchronizing position of pushing a synchronizer ring 22 against a friction face 26 of a synchronizer cone 20 to the axial end than in the center. At the front end of the synchronizer key 16, a protrusion 38 is formed which has a tapered face where a pair of faces are gradually narrower from the base end to the front end so that it has contact with the tapered face only when joined to the center of V-groove 32 and it has contact with the flat face 34 only when joined to the axial end through the synchronizing position of the V-groove 32.
