PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair or reinforcement structure of a conduit, which can be easily and rapidly carried out with water uninterrupted to make a self-supporting pipe structure. SOLUTION: A ring 3 comprises a renewal conduit 4 disposed in the internal surface side of an existing conduit 2 for a channel, and formed by connecting a plurality of rings 3 in the axial direction of the existing conduit 2, and an age hardening material 5 filled between the renewal conduit 4 and the existing conduit 2. In the rings 3, a plurality of segments 6 are connected in the circumferential direction of the conduit for renewal respectively. The segments 6 comprises a resin sheet 11 having a curvature, and a plurality of metal made circular beam members 14 having a flange 13 and orienting the longitudinal direction in the circumference of the renewal conduit 4. The circular beam members 14 are disposed in the existing conduit 2 side for the resin sheet 11 in the axial direction of the renewal conduit 4 at a predetermined interval, and attached to the resin sheet 11.
