PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley device with a built-in one-way clutch capable of ensuring the high sealability and prolonging its lifetime even under the oil lubrication. SOLUTION: In the pulley device 10 with the built-in one-way clutch, a pair of oil seals 30, 31 are provided to close an annular space, and seal slidably-contact surfaces 11d, 11e with the oil seals 30, 31 being slidably brought into contact therewith are finish-machined.
