PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen panel which can reduce wind noise while retaining screening performance. SOLUTION: A plurality of through holes 3 are bored on the entire surface of the rectangular flat plane 2 of the screen panel 1, and the through holes 3 penetrate the flat plane 2. The through hole 3 consists of a square hole 5 and a lozenge-shaped hole 4. The square hole 5 has four sides which are parallel with each of the sides of the flat plane 2, and the lozenge-shaped hole 4 is formed by turning the square hole 5 by 45 degrees. The square hole 5 and the lozenge-shaped hole 4 are bored and provided in a row at regular intervals in the longitudinal and lateral directions which are in parallel with each of the sides of the flat plane 2. Then the square hole 5 and the lozenge-shaped hole 4 alternately form slanting lattice shapes which have an angle of tilt of 45 degrees with respect to each of the sides of the flat plane 2.
