PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring for a new paper slip binder whereby a paper slip bound therein is at no risk of being easily torn even when an external force acts upon it, and which can be manufactured in an extremely inexpensive manner and further can prevent damage effectively. SOLUTION: Multiple paper slip binder ring members 2 and 3 inserted through openings 5a (6a), 5b (6b)with circle-shaped cross sections (almost elliptical) formed on paper slips 5 and 6 have concave parts and convex parts whose terminals are engaged. The ring members 2 and 3 are integrally molded with resin and their widths extends in their axial directions. Further, due to the opposing terminals being elastically deformable in a separating direction from each other, the terminals of the ring members 2 and 3 are formed in a separating direction from each other.
