PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables him or her to easily apply an external poultice to an intended site by himself or herself, and to provide its product configuration. SOLUTION: A double-faced adhesive tape contains a substrate with tabs, and it is characterized by that the double-faced adhesive tape is adhered on the surface of the external poultice (which is not coated with a medicine) and covered by a peeling paper. This invention is available not only general external poultices such as adhesive skin patches, but also small poultices such as magnetic therapeutic apparatuses, element therapeutic apparatuses, acupuncture and moxibustion instruments, and the like. This makes a patient apply to an affected part such as a neck, a shoulder, and a back which are difficult to be adhered because of weak substrates by himself or herself easily. Additionally, his or her feeling of hands and fingers are available to make it possible to approach the intended affected part currently and smoothly.
