PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work chair easily moving from an erected attitude to a frontward tilt attitude when a user is required to work by changing the posture of an upper half body between the erected state and the frontward tilt state and retaining the frontward tilt attitude so as to be comfortable for the person with receiving no burden on the body; and a mirrored wash cabinet system. SOLUTION: This work chair includes a forward tilt means for displacing a seat part 3 from an approximately horizontal state to the forward tilt position, a lifting means for approximately vertically upward lifting the seat part 3 associated with the seat part 3 which is forward tilt by the forward tilt means, a forward tilt regulation means for regulating the forward tilt means so as not to tilt a prescribed angle or more, a lift regulation means regulating the lift means so as not to lift to a prescribed height or more, and a control means 5; and the control means 5 controls to start the forward tilt of the seat part 3 preferentially to the lift of the seat part 3 and finish the tilt preferentially to the lift of the seat part 3.
