A portable magnetic therapy device having an improved structure is provided to allow a user to use it regardless of time and place, and to vary magnetic pulse output according to the type of lesion or symptom. A portable magnetic therapy device(100) comprises: a case(110) divided into two parts, that is, an upper case(112) having a magnetic pulse output hole formed at the end and a lower case(114) having an operation switch; a drive circuit(120) having a built-in circuit to generate a magnetic pulse; and at least one coil probe(130,131,132), each having a built-in wound coil. Further, each of the coil probes has an extension socket and an extension pin(130a), both being used for electric connection between adjacent coil probes. A probe connection socket(121) is provided for electrical connection with the extension pin of the coil probe(130).
