摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated battery capable of increasing the number of lamination without changing a welding condition to a lead terminal of thin belt shaped current collecting tabs against a large variety of the laminated batteries different in the number of lamination. <P>SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing method of the laminated battery in which a plurality of positive electrode current collecting tabs 3 and a plurality of negative electrode current collecting tabs pulled out from a laminate 5 wherein positive electrodes and negative electrodes are laminated via separators while opposing them are respectively connected to a positive electrode lead terminal 6 and a negative electrode lead terminal by means of welding. The method includes a step in which the maximum number of sheets of the current collecting tabs capable of welding at one time by laminating a plurality of sheets at one time against respective positive electrode side and negative electrode side and the standard welding condition are decided in advance, and a step in which one set to be welded at a time by laminating three sheets being the number of sheets that does not exceed the maximum number of sheets is formed, and in which the welding positions of the positive electrode current collecting tabs 3 among respective sets are shifted in the lateral direction on the upper face of the positive electrode lead terminal 6, and for every one set at one time, the welding is carried out all together under the standard welding condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
