<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid damage on a headphone or a sound reproducer, and damage on the ear of a user or displeasure to the ear of a user when the headphone is attached or detached. <P>SOLUTION: A connection detection circuit 2 detects connection of a headphone plug 10 with a headphone connection terminal 1, and a human body detection circuit 3 detects existence of a human body within a predetermined distance from the headphone connection terminal 1.
