PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent effective for the treatment of Parkinson's disease or parkinsonian syndrome and having high safety and provide a therapeutic method to use the therapeutic agent.

SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a therapeutic agent for the treatment of Parkinson's disease or parkinsonian syndrome and containing cells relating to the mesenchymal system and a therapeutic method to use the therapeutic agent.
