<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor controller, its method, and its program capable of making the characteristics of rotational speed to a phase difference more linear by reducing a dead band, and to provide a recording medium and an ultrasonic motor system. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 1 of an ultrasonic motor 4, which is for controlling the ultrasonic motor 4 driven by ultrasonic vibration caused to occur by the supply of a two-phase drive signal, is provided with a drive frequency calculation portion 12, which calculates a drive frequency corresponding to a prescribed phase difference to generate the two-phase drive signal based on the relation between the phase difference in the ultrasonic motor 4 and the drive frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
