An asphalt concrete parking lot for growing grass is provided to secure a parking lot for carrying, installing and removing simply, to expand a green space and to take psychological effect for using a parking lot as the boundary between a lot for public use and a lot for personal use. An asphalt concrete parking lot for growing grass is formed by shaping a permeable cement concrete plate(1) in a frame(3) and rooting grass(2) into the earth in the permeable cement concrete plate, and inserting a steel latticed structure(4) to the area which wheels pass through for bearing vehicle load.
