<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photosensitive paste which has no pinholes or uneveness in printing, is printable and used for forming very fine electrodes of a plasma display panel, the photosensitive paste that can form a baked film, without spoiling tight adherence, resolution or bakability with respect to a substrate, in each of drying, exposure, development and baking processes, resolution and bakability, and to provide a plasma display panel with a very fine baked product pattern formed from the photosensitive paste. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive past contains (A) an organic binder, (B) a photopolymerizable monomer, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) inorganic microparticles, (E) an organic solvent and (F) additives In addition, the photosensitive past contains an organic solvent having a high boiling point of 210°C or higher in the organic solvent (E), and as the additives (F), an acryl-based leveling agent and one or more dispersants selected from an amine-, a phosphorous- and a carboxylic acid-based dispersants. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
