PRECIPITATION TANK OF DESULFURIZED GYPSUM, AND PRECIPITATION METHOD OF DESULFURIZED GYPSUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitation tank of desulfurized gypsum and a precipitation method of desulfurized gypsum enabling enhancement of the quality of the gypsum for reuse, by removing exhaust gas-derived carbon from desulfurized gypsum formed by absorbing sulfur oxides in exhaust gas by limestone, and suppressing blackening of the desulfurized gypsum.

SOLUTION: This precipitation tank 14 of desulfurized gypsum for precipitating the desulfurized gypsum 19 in desulfurized gypsum slurry 12 formed by absorbing sulfur oxides in exhaust gas 4 into limestone slurry 2 and adding sulfuric acid 10, is provided with an ultrasonic vibrator 20 for separating the exhaust gas-derived carbon from the desulfurized gypsum 19 by applying vibration to the desulfurized gypsum 19.
