<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear surface protective sheet for a solar cell which is excellent in suitability for an environment such as climate resistance, durability such as interlayer bonding strength, and humidity resistance and gas barrier performance as other characteristics, and has durability against a severe natural environment for a long time, and to provide a solar cell module employing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A laminate film is used as a rear surface protective sheet 10 which employs a base material of a gas barrier film containing an inorganic oxide depositing layer 1c, and a coating layer 1d on at least one surface of the base material film 1a via a primer layer 1b. The coating layer 1d is obtained by applying and drying an applying liquid containing a silicon compound represented by a general formula Si(OR1)<SB>4</SB>... (1) and one of its hydrolyzates, a silicon compound represented by a general formula (R2Si(OR3)<SB>3</SB>)<SB>n</SB>... (2) and one of its hydrolyzates (in the formulas (1) and (2), R1, R3 denote CH<SB>3</SB>, C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>5</SB>or C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>4</SB>OCH<SB>3</SB>, and R2 denotes an organic functional group), and a water-soluble polymer having a hydroxyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
