<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recycled foamed styrene resin particles containing a low amount of volatiles which can construct economical and industrial recycling system. <P>SOLUTION: Recycled styrene resin particles having an average particle diameter of 0.3-1.0 mm are formed from recovered styrene resin particles, and the particles, a dispersing agent and a non-volatile plasticizer are dispersed in an aqueous medium in such a way that the non-volatile plasticizer is contained in an amount of 3.0 wt.% or less relative to the recovered styrene resin particles, an easily volatile hydrocarbon blowing agent is added to the aqueous medium, and the aqueous medium is heated at a temperature higher than a softening point of the recovered styrene resin particles, whereby the blowing agent and the plasticizer are impregnated and the recovered styrene resin particles are made into spheroid.
