<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing, with high productivity, an airbag superior in all of dimensional accuracy, storage capacity, strength of joining parts, and airtightness. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the airbag formed by joining the outer peripheral edges of the first panel and the second panel to each other with an adhesive sealant comprises a step of disposing the adhesive sealant on a first base fabric fed from a first rolled web in a desired pattern, a step of overlapping a second base fabric fed from a second rolled web with the first base fabric and joining the first base fabric to the second base fabric by a flat press means on the downstream side, and a step of cutting the first base fabric and the second base fabric to cut out an airbag on the downstream side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
