PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted navigation system capable of reducing the provision of excess guidance information for users and reducing a burden on the users while driving. SOLUTION: The vehicle-mounted navigation system 1 is provided with a history information recording part 5 for recording drive history information on a vehicle for every user who drives the vehicle, a user information creating part 6 for creating user information indicating user drive characteristics on the basis of the drive history information of every user, a route information storage part 4 for storing route information on target routes from a starting location to a destination, and a guidance information creating part 9 for creating guidance information according to the user drive characteristics on the basis of the user information and the route information.
