PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize real-time recording operation and dubbing operation at the same time. SOLUTION: First content data generated as a recording stream through real-time recording is sequentially stored in an area 22-1 of a memory 22 per unit data, and, when a certain amount or more is accumulated, the first content data is recorded in a storing section 16 or a removable media 18. At the same time as such real-time recording operation, the following dubbing operation is performed. That is, second content data recorded in the storing section 16 or the removable media 18 is read per unit data and stored in an area 22-2 of the memory 22 temporarily, and then dubbed in the removable media 18 or the storing section 16.
