PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a POS system, a change dispenser, and a money capture method for a change dispenser that shorten customers' waiting time and prevent a cashier's operation errors by dispensing with the cashier's handling of received money. SOLUTION: The change dispenser 20 has a money capture button 50, and a bill examination table part 40 and a coin examination table part 30 for storing money received from a customer for purchases. The change dispenser 20 is configured to capture bills and coins stored in the bill examination table part 40 and coin examination table part 30 when the money capture button 50 is pressed.
