PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly collect paper sheets differed in size to one storage part without enlargement of a device or rise of the manufacturing cost thereof. SOLUTION: This device comprises a bill stopper 6 energized toward release rollers 2a and 2b and rotatably supported by an accumulation area guide 4 forming a side wall of a storage part facing the release rollers 2a and 2b, the distance to the outer circumferential surface of the release rollers 2a and 2b of which becomes longer than the length of a shortest paper sheet P to be accumulated in the storage part 3 when it is rotated toward the release rollers 2a and 2b, and becomes longer than the length of a longest paper sheet to be accumulated in the storage part 3 when it is rotated to the opposite side to the release rollers 2a and 2b.
