PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground water control management system which can continuously control a direction where underground water flows, and also can prevent polluted water inside a targeted site from flowing outside for a long time. SOLUTION: A plurality of observational wells 20 and a pumping-up well 22 are dug inside the targeted site 1 affected by polluted soil 3, and the water level of each well is detected by a hydraulic detection sensor 21 installed at these wells 20 and 22. Further, a control processing means 31 performs the drive control of a submerged pump 23, and thereby, the water level of the pumping-up well 22 is set to be lower than the water level of each of the observational wells 20 and also, uniform under control. Thus, the polluted underground water contained in the polluted soil 3, can be fluidized into a direction where the pumping-up well 22 is located, and prevented from leaking into the soil adjacent to the targeted site 1.
