A curing cover unit for temporarily closing the opening (13) of a floor sleeve while being arranged almost flush with the floor comprises a disk-like curing cover (3) with a dimension enough to be able to cover the opening, an upper compression plate (5) installed on the lower side of the curing cover (3), fixing water-stopping rubber pieces (6a, 6b) installed on the lower side of the upper compression plate (5), a lower compression plate (7) installed on the lower side of the fixing water-stopping rubber pieces (6a, 6b), and a bolt (1) and a nut (8) for integrating the curing cover (3), the upper compression plate (5), the fixing water-stopping rubber pieces (6a, 6b), and the lower compression plate (7) with each other. When the curing cover (3), the upper compression plate (5), the fixing water-stopping rubber pieces (6a, 6b), and the lower compression plate (7) are integrated with each other with the bolt (1) and the nut (8), the opening of the floor sleeve is closed by the fixing water-stopping rubber pieces (6a, 6b).Consequently, the opening of the floor sleeve is doubly closed by the disk-like curing cover (3) and the fixing water-stopping rubber peaces (6a, 6b). ® KIPO & WIPO 2008
