An insulator structure of an induction motor is provided to guarantee an enough insulation distance between outgoing wires by fixing the lead wires inserted in insertion grooves having a regular gap from one another. An insulator structure of an induction motor includes a coil wound part(130), an inner block(110), an outer block(120) and a fixing unit. A magnetic coil is wound around the coil wound part and is supplied with power source applied from a lead wire. The inner block and an outer block surround an inner side and an outer side of the magnetic coil respectively. The fixing part is formed inside an insulator to fix and distribute the outgoing wire of the magnetic coil. The fixing unit includes a housing part(200) and insertion grooves. The housing part is formed on an exterior of the insulator. The insertion grooves are cylindrical in a shape and are formed to be opened on an exterior of the housing part. Lengths of insertion groove are different from one another for preventing interference between an inserted outgoing wire and a non-inserted outgoing wire when the outgoing wires are inserted.
