<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong lives of waste toner containers 9a, 9b in image forming units I, II, for forming a toner image by using a light-colored toner with the same hue and the concentration of which is low, having large toner consumption, while miniaturizing an image forming apparatus capable of forming an image by using the toner with the same hue and the concentration of which is different. <P>SOLUTION: The capacity of the waste toner container for receiving the waste toner of the toner with the same hue and the concentration of which is low is increased more than that of the waste toner container for receiving the waste toner of the toner with the same hue and the concentration of which is high, in the image forming apparatus capable of forming the image by using the toner with the same hue and the concentration of which is different. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
