<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel measuring technique for a measurement quantity related to dissolved oxygen in a solution. <P>SOLUTION: A sample guide 110 is provided which has a cone-shaped introducing section and a cylindrical minute section connected with the bottom of the introducing section. A biological sample 140 put in the sample guide 110 goes to the bottom of the cone-shaped introducing section and is introduced into the minute section formed above a working electrode 122. Then, a concentration of the dissolved oxygen in an area near the biological sample 140 introduced in the minute section of the sample guide 110, is measured from minute current flowing through the working electrode 122 and a counter electrode 124. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
