<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a spurious signal caused by parasitic capacity of a transfer switch from being inputted to an amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: This photoelectric conversion device 50 is provided with pixels 50 for outputting a signal to a signa line 107, the amplifier 150 for amplifying the signal provided through the signal line 107 and an isolating switch 121 arranged between a signal line 108 and an input node of the amplifier. A pixel 10 includes a photodiode, a floating diffusion (FD), a transfer switch for transferring electric charge of the photodiode to the FD, and an amplification transistor for outputting a signal corresponding to the potential of the FD to a signal line 109.
